About Dirtyface Soap Company

From the first day we made soap, we were hooked.
After trying several different soap making methods and recipes, however, we realized that making vegan glycerin soap (also called transparent soap) was our niche. Unlike other soap methods, glycerin soap allows us to create the delightfully colorful designs we love to design. Glycerin soap also holds fragrances longer than most other soapmaking methods.

Dirtyface Soaps combine science and art.
We unite the fascinating chemical process (called saponification) that turns luxurious plant and vegetable oils and a few other ingredients into fine fragrant soap, with the artistic process of design creation. We are pleased to bring these processes together for you in the beauty of our soaps.

Cleanse and moisturize your skin with luxurious lather.
For most of our lives, soap has simply been a necessary, everyday product that we didn't think much about. These days, however, the benefits of quality skin care have become more widely understood and appreciated. Discover for yourself how Dirtyface Soaps gently cleanse and moisturize your skin with creamy, luxurious lather that rinses off cleanly, while leaving your skin soft and supple, and with a lovely hint of fragrance.

Colorful designs and delightful fragrances.
We continually research and use the finest quality plant/vegetable oils and essential and fragrance oils in producing our artisan soaps. Our elegant, yet whimsical designs complement each splendid fragrance. Using small batch production techniques, including hand-cutting and wrapping, each soap slice and bar displays its unique design. Their colorful designs and delightful fragrances will be enjoyed even before you unwrap them.

Dedicated to offering you our highest quality soap products.
Since 2002, Dirtyface Soap Company has operated two workshops located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains of Washington and Oregon. In fact, we took our company name from Dirtyface Mountain, which proudly rises above beautiful Lake Wenatchee, WA, northeast of the Bavarian-themed town of Leavenworth, WA.  Our Oregon workshop sits near the historic Oregon Trail in the foothills of Oregon's tallest mountain peak, Mt. Hood.

From soap design conception to hand-packaging and shipping, we are dedicated to maintaining and offering you our highest quality soap products and customer service.
